About Louise Touchette

Louise was born and raised in Boston, Ma, and her love for the city never gave her a reason to leave. Instead, she got her masters and taught at Boston University for 20 years in a program for fitness trainers and aerobics instructors. Louise enjoys spending quality time with her family, and she understands that buying or selling a home in the midsts of balancing other life obligations can be a daunting task. She never fails to put her clients needs as a top priority, finding homes that exceeds all of their expectations as far as price, location, and luxury. 

Louise places in the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and is in the top 4 percent of agents in the country for rental units. she was ranked the number one sales associate in Lynnfield for million-dollar homes in the last 20 years. She then went on to receive the International President’s elete award in 2021, and she was one of REAL Trend’s best agents. She is a certified luxury home marketing specialist, and was featured on the television show, “American Dream”.
