About Lori Kramich

A full-time REALTOR, Lori helps clients realize their real estate goals and dreams to purchase and sell or invest in single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family homes, and luxury properties throughout greater Boston and the entire North Shore. Although her office is based is Lynnfield, and calls that home, she has experience throughout the area. 

Lori was originally trained as a business-to-business sales representative in the fast-paced global semiconductor industry.

Today, she's a professional “match-maker”, possessing a natural ability to build trust and connect with those around her with absolute passion.

Recognized as a Top 12% salesperson nationally by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2019, 2020, and 2021, Lori joined Coldwell Banker in 2022 to provide her clients with the best service and representation, leveraging the international brand for state-of-the-art technology.

Armed with the most innovative marketing, Lori has joined the Louise Touchette Team and looks forward to expanding her clientele. 

Lori is a mom to 3 fabulous sons and married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years. She currently resides in Lynnfield where she raised her family.
